Yes, we can deliver anywhere in mainland UK.
Can you manufacture the fireplace to my sizes?
Yes, we manufacture every fireplace to order so it can be made to your exact size requirements.
Do I have to change my carpet or redecorate?
Not if you don’t want to as we can manufacture your new fireplace so you don’t need to.
Are lights on the fireplace optional?
Yes.
Do you have a choice of materials to select from?
Yes, you can select from limestone, travertine and marble with each one having numerous different colours to choose from.
How much will it cost me for installation?
We have free fitting on a large number of fires and fireplaces.
What about my existing fireplace and fire?
We will take out your existing fireplace and fire for you.
How quickly do you install?
We do carry a lot of products in stock and therefore can arrange installation ASAP usually 3 to 14 days.
What happens if it needs plastering?
We can organise plastering for you if you wish.
Can I choose the date I want for installation?
Yes, as long as the date is available.
Can you arrange for installation?
Yes, fitting and installation is carried out by our Gas Safe Registered Fully Qualified Experienced engineers.
Do you employ your fitters?
Yes, we have directly employed fitters and engineers.
Can you install anywhere in the Northwest of England?
Yes anywhere throughout the Northwest.
Can you tell me what time my fire and/or fireplace will be installed?
Yes, we always contact you before to arrange a convenient date and time for you.
How long will it take to complete the installation?
The majority of fireplaces take around half a day.
Can you build me a chimney breast?
Yes we can construct a full chimney for you.
Can you remove my back boiler?
Yes we can take out your back boiler.
I have an old liner in my chimney can you remove it?
Yes we can take out your old liner.
I have been told my chimney has failed can I still have a gas fire?
Yes, we just need to install a liner for you.
I don’t have a chimney or flue can I still have a gas fire?
Yes, you can have a balanced flue gas fire.
I only have a flue can I still have a gas fire?
Yes.
